Yes. Cooper is a Licensed Irrigator and we carry full general liability and workers' comp on every job.
Most full builds run 8–16 weeks depending on scope, weather, and inspections. We'll give you a real schedule before we start and tell you immediately if anything threatens it.
Yes. Permits, engineering, grading, drainage, electrical coordination — all of it is on us. You should only have to make decisions about how you want the space to feel.
Yes. For full transformations we provide layout plans and renderings so you can see the space before we build it.
